North Gwinnett Middle will have competitive and intramural sports. All GCPS middle schools are allowed to participate in competitive 8th grade basketball for both boys and girls. Tryouts will be held in the fall. We will also have a cheerleading team for 8th grade and possibly a dance team to support our basketball teams. Tryouts will be held in the fall. The intramural sports program will take place before or after school and will be sponsored by teachers on the NGMS staff. We will offer a variety of sports through this program.
