Substitutes
Our substitute training program is designed to assist you in becoming one of the most qualified substitutes in our district.  For classroom teaching substitutes, the documents below must be completed prior to attending the Substitute Training Workshop. Please bring each completed form with you to your scheduled session.

  • Required Copies
    You must bring two copies of each document required for the I-9 form and a copy of your social security card.


    Copies can be made on-site for a fee.
