If you enjoy athletics and you have a desire to help others, the Sports Medicine program will help you develop skills that will give you a competitive edge in the fields of physical therapy or sports medicine. This program covers medical terminology, nutrition, kinesiology, gait training, therapeutic exercise, pharmacology, and modality and treatment techniques in physical medicine training. Opportunities for internships and clinical experiences will be a vital part of this program.
