Feb 23 - Technical Education Awards Program


Technical Education had 23 top student winners representing each of their respective schools at the
Technical Education Awards Banquet held February 23, 2011 at the Instructional Support Center.
Each student had to compete at their local school, submit an essay, provide a teacher letter of recommendation, and be interviewed by a panel of judges.

Each student was awarded scholarship money. Special thanks to the Department of Labor (Employee Committee), Atlanta Electrical Contractors Association, and an anonymous donor for their
scholarship donation.

Kelliann Morrisey from North Gwinnett High School was awarded the top Student of the Year award.

Kelliann Morrisey from North Gwinnett High School received the top Student of the Year plaque from Chuck Little, Human Resources Director of Atlanta Electrical Contractors Association.
