This memorial scholarship is for Phoenix High School students only. The scholarship honors Robert L. Campbell, the founding principal of Phoenix High School.
One scholarship will be given in December and one in May in the amount of $1000.
The scholarship is to be used at a college, technical school or any other approved post-secondary institute.
The scholarship will be awarded based on merit and/or need.
The recipient must have been a full time Phoenix Student for a minimum of one year.
The time limit for use is one year from the recipient’s graduation date.
Payment Options:
a. Direct payment will be made to the post-secondary institution
b. Reimbursement will be made to the recipient for bills incurred upon receipt of copies of the bill
A selection committee will be composed of one administrator, one counselor, and one teacher
The completed application should be saved in your files and then printed out.
