Below you will find the instructions for downloading a bid package or vendor application.
Step 1.
You will need "Adobe Acrobat Reader" installed on your machine. If you do not have the reader, click the button 'Get Acrobat Reader' and follow the instructions provided at that web site for downloading and installation.
Step 2.
To download the file, simply click on the file and choose the option to save. (Note: Remember where you saved the file)

Step 3.
After saving the file, open it using Adobe Acrobat Reader. |
